Privacy Policy

ADNGEN (“we”) operates a multi-tenant workspace for planning and generating marketing videos. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We do not sell personal data.

Account data

We store your email, display name, hashed password, organization membership, billing references, and audit events needed to run the workspace. Identity is authentication only. Access to tenant records is resolved from active membership, not from IDs submitted by the browser.

Product and media data

Product briefs, scripts, uploads, and renders are stored as organization-scoped records. Media objects live in private storage and are accessed with short-lived URLs. We do not use customer prompts or media to train public foundation models.

Cookies

A secure, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in. It is not used for advertising. You can end it at any time with Log out.

Retention

Account data is kept while the workspace is active. You may request deletion. Audit and ledger rows needed for security and billing may be retained in minimized form after a workspace closes.
