Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ADNGEN. By creating a workspace you agree to them. If you use the product on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.

The service

We provide software and generation tooling for product ads and social video. Output quality depends on your brief, media, and the connected providers. We do not guarantee a specific advertising result, platform approval, ranking, or that every ad will convert.

Video Credits and billing

Generations consume Video Credits quoted before you confirm. A 1–30 second video costs 1 credit; each additional started 30-second block costs 1 more. System-caused failures return reserved credits. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at period end. Plan changes happen through signed billing events, not browser redirects. Unused subscription credits expire when paid access ends.

Your content

You retain rights in your product information and uploads. You grant us a limited license to process them to operate the service. You must own or have permission to use uploaded media and recognizable likenesses. Paid workspaces receive commercial use rights in videos generated for that workspace, excluding underlying models, software, stock licensed from Pexels, and third-party media. Stock stays attributed to its creator. Uploads are validated, not marked moderation-clear. Live AI video still requires a Phase 3 render provider.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend workspaces that violate it, including attempts to impersonate living people or generate prohibited content.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, ADNGEN is provided as-is. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim.
